Smart Tribune’s customer self-service solutions not only put your customers at the heart of the customer service experience but also empower your customer support agents to be more effective at everything they do.

The challenge

To allow this French company, which has been established for 10 years now, to make a new start with a new design and a new young and innovative strategy. To link the customer acquisition and loyalty strategy with a more current vision through a more assumed brand image

Brand design

The real challenge for this total redesign of the website was to start over. To forget the last 10 years of the company without losing the essence and the DNA of Smart Tribune and its founders.

Not to lose sight of the roots of the company with its values, its speech and its strategy. So we started with this geometrical hexagonal shape, which is intrinsically attached to the brand, and we declined it in various forms by associating it with two new shades of colors, more punchy and more sensitive to the current target and new trends.

UI design

For this large-scale project it was essential to work in several key stages: The first one on a first graphic intention, followed by a graphic universe and then conclude on a real "marketing" design system with product images, iconographies and other assets.

Further into the modernity and user experience we decided to use lotties to add many product images and illustrations.
