A CMS Collection is a dynamic data structure in Webflow, comparable to a database, used to manage repeatable content such as blog posts, product sheets, or team members. Each collection defines fields (text, image, reference to another collection...) and automatically generates a page for each item. It is the central building block of any Webflow site with content that evolves regularly.
Code
Over 180 companies have already stepped out of the shadows with us.
It is a content template: you define fields such as title, text, image or a reference to another collection, and every item fills them in. Webflow uses it to generate a page for each item and to feed lists, like a blog’s posts.
Open the CMS panel in the Designer and create a new collection, then name it. Define its fields, add a few items, and bind those fields to a collection list or to the collection page template so the content shows up on the site.
