The new identity centers on a smile concept and a refreshing color palette to reflect the brand's accessible, secure, and commitment-free values. A dedicated UX workshop also reshaped the site's user journeys, resulting in a more intuitive and optimized experience.

Smile&Pay is a French card payment solution. In addition to its payment terminal, the fintech offers a unified solution to accept card payments across all sales channels: in-store, during delivery, over the phone, or online. After raising €2.5M in 2018, the startup, incubated by Truffle Capital, is looking for a fresh start. The brief is clear: adopt a new look to reflect its values and vision.

To embody the product’s promise of being “accessible to all” and to reflect its key strengths—convenient, secure, and commitment-free—we emphasized the concept of a smile and played with a refreshing color palette.
