The project began with a brand refresh for all comparatives landings pages. Simplifying the process to compare Crisp with all chatbot alternatives. Highlight all the features and benefits of using Crisp for your business.
Allowing visitors to find complete and objective comparisons while highlighting the added value of Crisp was a real challenge from a branding point of view. The use of reassuring colors and characters adds a feeling of closeness to the visitor and increases his converstion.
Creating illustrations was a part of this project. This time around we got to take it a step further by bringing the illustration to life with a real an active human touch.

To allow visitors a unique and different visit on each page but infinitely expandable for us because we had to compare Crisp to many current competitors: Front, Drift, Intercom, Helpscout and others ...
The solution was to prepare a real guidelines toolbox that could be replicated for each competitor with customizable illustrations for each alternative. Addition of logos, corresponding colors ... which allows us to scale each comparative page simply and to replicate the operation.
