Deltic is the creator of its invoice dematerialization software. Its promise is to make accounting a child's play between the capture, validation, transmission and archiving of company documents. Thus, it allows optimizing the cost of invoice processing and saving time in invoice management.
The implementation of a scoring system for processing Deltic leads was the main challenge. After filling in the various data in a form, the leads are categorized according to pre-established criteria. They are then redirected to different Slack channels and assigned to the right sales profile within the Sellsy CRM. The challenge of the mission lies in optimizing the Deltic conversion funnel.
For each marketing campaign launched by Deltic, the objective is to recover all the UTMs in order to inject them into the form set up by Mazette.
This allows the marketing department to access the necessary data to analyze the performance of its campaigns.
The implementation of the different tracking elements was done using Zapier.
This product allows to integrate the different web applications used (Slack, Facebook, Mailchimp...) and to automate the workflows.
